Our people are our strongest asset
At OneCo, we work actively with issues relating to the work environment, equality and diversity. Our goal is to create a workplace where employees are treated equally and given the opportunity to develop.
We monitor our work in these areas through internal measurements and work continuously on improvements.
Today, our organisation is made up of staff with different backgrounds and experiences. One way to highlight our diversity is by showing the representation of different nationalities among our staff. In one of our offices, you can see an impressive number of flags from different countries represented among Power-technicians in Stockholm. In this way, we remind each other of the importance of valuing and capitalising on the differences that each of us brings
For us, diversity is about ensuring that different perspectives are utilised in our operations. We do this on an ongoing basis through our recruitment processes, internal initiatives and work environment management.
We continue to develop our work on inclusion and equal treatment, both within our own organisation and in collaboration with the industry.
