OneCo and Ellevio expand security co-operation

OneCo and Ellevio's security co-operation started with preparatory meetings via Skype. Then it was time for the first physical meeting. In addition to staff from Ellevio six fitters from OneCo, as well as the contract manager and electrical safety coordinator.

Many fruitful discussions and ideas were raised during the first face-to-face meeting of the security co-operation. We at OneCo are now taking them with us to draw up an action plan in the autumn. The action plan is based on all our employees knowing and following our instructions and routines for risk management based on OneCo's safety instructions.

For example:

• "I always carry out my risk assessment and any risk management before starting work and take the necessary measures."
• "When I am doing something incorrectly and dangerously, I appreciate that my colleagues point this out to me."

Together we work more safely.
