OneCo's co-operation with Ellevio extended

After a long procurement process with tough competition, Ellevio has chosen OneCo as its continued supplier for customer-oriented services.

OneCos and Ellevios co-operation in customer-oriented services goes back a long way. Together we have continuously developed the area, and this is the fourth time that OneCo has received Ellevio's renewed confidence.

Under the contract, a range of customer-related services are provided for all concessions and all meters in categories 1-5. Some of the services included in the agreement are connections, meter-related assignments, remodelling, maintenance services, inspections and clean-up services. Also accredited controls of measurement systems, warehousing and logistics, customer booking and planning are included.

Both OneCo and Ellevio place great emphasis on customer satisfaction and share a common understanding of how important this area is. We also have a strong focus on sustainable delivery, with an emphasis on maximising a safe and secure working environment and minimising environmental impact.
