Hällekis gets upgraded 130 kV substation on behalf of Ellevio
On behalf of the electricity network owner Ellevio, OneCo is carrying out a turnkey contract for a 130 kV substation in Hällekis.
Starting in the spring of 2025, OneCo is rebuilding Hällekis Station 130 kV. The station is located in Götene municipality and is co-owned by Ellevio AB and Götene Elförening.
The project involves modernising and expanding the switchgear currently in use to meet new requirements and increased capacity needs. As part of the work, new power transformers and neutral equipment will be installed.
OneCo is carrying out the work on the same site as the existing switchgear and it will be carried out while it is still in operation. Therefore, it must be carried out in phases to ensure both the safety of personnel and that the electricity supply is not affected in the meantime.
OneCo has total responsibility for the entire project, from planning and construction to installation and testing. The station in Hällekis is planned to be completed in autumn 2026.
