Leadership change in the OneCo Group

A skilled business leader with extensive experience

Aars, the main owner of OneCo, together with the board and management, has great ambitions for the company going forward. That is why they have hired Tore Sjursen as the new CEO. Tore Sjursen is a recognised business leader with more than 30 years of experience from Kværner, Aker and Aker Solutions.

- In many ways, OneCo has outgrown the entrepreneurial phase and is ready for even greater tasks. The owners and the board of directors want to build a group that connects the skills and expertise of the various companies within the group into an even more effective whole. Aars is fully aligned with OneCo on this ambition and will be an active and committed owner," says Øyvind Schage Førde, Chairman of the Board of OneCo and also Chairman and CEO of Aars.

He has played a central role in the battle to win big business, and he has led organisations with thousands of employees through major restructuring and internal improvement projects. In addition to strong industry expertise and strategic understanding, Sjursen is described as a unifying and inclusive leader who is very interested in competence development," says Schage Førde.

New phase for OneCo

Since its inception in 2010, the The OneCo Group led by founder Marvin Jensen. For more than ten years, the company has experienced strong growth both organically and through acquisitions. With our innovative strength and technical expertise, we have gained satisfied customers across large parts of Norway and Sweden.

- Now OneCo is embarking on a new phase. From a small idea and a dream of a few, the company has grown into a group with around 2,800 employees and NOK 4.5 billion in turnover. I now hand over the CEO chair and the baton to Tore Sjursen and look forward to following the group's further development," says Marvin Jensen.
