Kristin Folge appointed new CEO of OneCo
Kristin Folge will take up the post of CEO of OneCo at the start of May 2026. She succeeds Tore Sjursen, who has led the company since 2021. Tore Sjursen will become the new Chair of the Board, succeeding Øyvind Schage Førde, thereby ensuring continuity and strategic predictability.

Kristin Folge is currently CEO of LA Lund and has previously headed up the operations and maintenance division at Mesta, among other roles. With her background, she has a solid understanding of the role and importance of entrepreneurs in society.

Thorough process
The change in leadership is the result of a long and thorough process to find the right successor. The Board has placed great emphasis on ensuring continuity and long-term development.
"We believe Kristin is a very good fit for OneCo," says Øyvind. We wanted a leader who could continue to develop the company and set a clear direction for the various areas of expertise. Kristin is strategically strong, has operational implementation skills and is clear and inclusive in her communication. She is a leader who both inspires and delivers, with proven experience in digitalisation, efficiency improvements, cultural development and demanding transitions.
OneCo's social mission is to provide ”electrical engineering services for critical infrastructure”.
"It's something I'm passionate about. OneCo contributes to safe and robust infrastructure in several areas in Norway and Sweden, and we will continue to do so. This role in society is very important to me, and it's a responsibility we take very seriously. At the same time, it's important that we develop so that we can solve both today's and tomorrow's challenges in a good way," says Folge.
Ensures continuity
Folge will take up the post of Group CEO at the beginning of May 2026. Tore Sjursen will continue as Group CEO until then, after which he will take on the role of Chairman of the Board.
"There are so many exciting things happening at OneCo. I'm looking forward to being able to slow down a little, while continuing to develop OneCo in a new role," says Tore.
The owners want to ensure continuity and strategic predictability by retaining Tore in the organisation.
